Jennifer Warnes
Warnes was lead singer on Leonard Cohen's tours in 1972 and 1979.
In October 1979 or on the 1972 tour (according to biographers), Warnes, Cohen and Bill Elliott composed "Song of Bernadette".
He also wrote with Cohen “Way Down Deep” which she released on her “Hunter” album, 1992.
Cohen collaborated in her cover album “Famous Blue Raincoat”, 1986 (previous to "I’m Your man”, 1988). Cohen worked in the production, together recorded “Joan of Arc” and on the video "First We Take Manhattan".
